 This two-story, 19,000 SF facility consolidates the Administration and Operations Offices for the City of St. Petersburg Sanitation Department.  As St. Pete’s first Net-Zero municipal facility, the project integrates photovoltaic solar panels across the rooftop and parking shade structures, achieving energy independence through extensive modeling and performance tracking.
