Tour St. Pete Sanitation Building

Join the AIA Florida Gulf Coast and AIA Tampa Bay Chapters for a guided tour of the new St. Pete Sanitation Administration Complex designed by Sweet Sparkman Architecture & Interiors. This groundbreaking facility strives to exemplify civic design excellence, environmental stewardship, and community legacy.

This two-story, 19,000 SF facility consolidates the Administration and Operations Offices for the City of St. Petersburg Sanitation Department.  As St. Pete’s first Net-Zero municipal facility, the project integrates photovoltaic solar panels across the rooftop and parking shade structures, achieving energy independence through extensive modeling and performance tracking. The building is targeting LEED Gold Certification through the USGBC.  Join us and learn more!
