Job Description:

Gallo Building Services is an established construction company specializing in the building shell of both residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a full-time estimator to assist the Estimating Department starting in January of 2012. As an estimator, the candidate would be responsible for creating quotes for new and existing customers for track homes, custom homes, and commercial projects. Additional responsibilities include a project management role to ensure that each job is being completed as quoted, in order to control costs and improve quality. The candidate will gain insight into building systems and structures as well as indispensable experience in the construction industry.

Qualifications:

-Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience with Bluebeam PDF Revu, Timberline, and WMS helpful but not required.
-Ability to prioritize workload and manage time to meet multiple deadlines.

Requirements
5-year Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited university 
2-5 years work experience  
Strong proficiency in ACAD, Revit, and/or BIM and other drafting and presentation tools and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Illustrator, Sketchup and Photoshop required for use in completing assignments

Preferred Qualifications
REVIT experience and experience in the design of buildings

Leading Architectural firm is seeking  a qualified candidate with AutoCad 2010 and Revit 2011 skills to assist in production, staff training, CAD station maintenance and software updates. Must be able to complete Revit 3D production quickly and efficiently, assist other employees with CAD and Revit production, answer questions and solve problems with all software programs. Experience with Bentley BIM Software a plus. Ability to work in a multi office environment with excellent training and good people skills. Minimum of 5 years exp in an Architectural office.
