Provide a Lunch & Learn

How Often?
We hold Lunch and Learns at least once a month at our chapter headquarters and occasionally at a provider’s own venue.  Lunch and Learns are scheduled several months in advance.

Cost of Lunch?
Providers have the option of covering the cost of the lunch or we can arrange to charge registrants a nominal fee to pay for the lunch.  Staff is happy to arrange delivery of lunch for you.

How many?
Our mixed-use space can accommodate up to 25 attendees.  We typically attract 15 – 22 attendees depending on the program.

Who Files?
We ask that the teacher be a registered CE provide with AIA national and handle filing for credit, reporting attendance and providing certificates to attendees that request them.  Under special circumstances the chapter can file for credit as a registered provider on your behalf.

Who Promotes?
We will handle promotion of the program by listing it on our website calendar, on our CE webpage and in our weekly e-newsletter.  We will also handle registration.

How can I be Considered?
To have your class considered, please send a description of the class including the title, length, learning objectives, type of credit that it qualifies for (LU, HSW, SD, LEED) to Jessica@aiatampabay.com.  We will consult with our CE Chair in scheduling programs and get back in touch with you.   You are also welcome to check back with us in a few weeks.

Priority is given to our allied members in scheduling these classes.
