Downtown Vision & Action Plan
Community forum this wednesday
Join the Tampa Downtown Partnership for the second annual Community Forum to update the Downtown Vision & Action Plan completed in 2005.

A joint effort of the Partnership and the City of Tampa, the Downtown Vision and Action Plan was a nine month study of existing conditions and opportunities in downtown, resulting in a set of recommendations for private and public development, and included the charge that the plan should be revisited, adjusted and updated annually.

The original Plan process included input from more than 500 citizens. As Downtown Tampa grows and continues to change, public input is vital to its success. All are urged to participate and share their ideas on the future of downtown Tampa.

The forum will be on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sam Rampello Downtown Partnership School on 802 E. Washington Street. Visit www.tampasdowntown to view the Downtown Vision and Action Plan prior to the meeting.
