Attention all Associates and Interns! Prepare to pass your ARE exam with the 2007 AIA Tampa Bay ARE Program!

This week, we will be reviewing Part II of Construction Documents and Services at the AIA Chapter Office in downtown Tampa on Thursday, September, 20th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The cost is $10 members/ $15 non-members (includes study materials, snacks & soft drinks). An Informal Affair
THIS FRIDAY IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY
Women in Architecture invites the design community to join them for their second installment of "An Informal Affair," a new series of informal luncheons for networking and just plain conversation!

Occurring at various locations throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Northern Pinellas County , Southern Pinellas County and Hillsborough County , these luncheons are intended to provide an informal venue to meet and interact with your colleagues in the architecture profession and related fields.

Construction Services Division Stakeholders Meeting
The staff of the City of Tampa Construction Services Division need your valuable input and continued support. All design professionals are encouraged to attend a follow-up workshop on the questions and comments received at the last meeting on August 21, 2007 regarding the Division’s new strategic business plan and the newly proposed permit fee schedule.

The meeting will take place on Friday morning September 21, 2007 from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Construction Services Center at 1400 N. Boulevard, 3rd Floor Tampa, FL 33607. Questions?

Archifest 2007
A celebration of architecture
This is our third annual Archifest! Archifest is simply a celebration of architecture through a wide variety of entertaining and educational events. Through Archifest, AIA Tampa Bay hopes to raise awareness of architecture as a profession, to bring the architecture community together, and most importantly - to educate the public on the important role architects play in our daily lives, as they are responsible for designing the environments where we live, work and play.
