service awards

AIA Tampa Bay’s Service Awards program bestows distinguished medals and awards upon individuals and firms for notable service - to the profession of architecture, to the community and to the AIA. Among the awards are The Firm Award, The Award of Excellence, The Medal of Honor, The Pullara Award, The Levison Award, The Craftsman Award, The Allied Member Award and the Contractor’s Award. Descriptions and criteria for these awards can be found in the Service Awards Book. Nominations are accepted up to the annual meeting each year, typically in September and awards are presented at the Annual Dinner Gala each fall. Check the chapter calendar for specific dates.
The Garcia Award recognizes architects 40 years of age or younger who exhibit exceptional talent and dedication to the profession of architecture. The Call for Entries is published in late summer and the award is presented at the AIA Tampa Bay annual gala each fall. Check the chapter calendar for dates.
